The TLV Bible Society periodically allows pre-orders for new resources ahead of their release dates. Here’s everything you need to know about the pre-order process:
Pre-Order Process
Immediate Charge: Your payment method will be charged at the time of pre-order.
Delayed Shipping: Pre-ordered items are not shipped immediately.
Pricing: The pre-order price may differ from the price after the official release.
Release Date: An estimated release date or time span is provided, though shipping may not occur exactly on that date.
Availability: If items become available before the estimated release date, you pre-order will be shipped out as soon as possible.
Combined Shipping: Regular, non-pre-ordered items in your order will be shipped together once all items become available.
Changes and Cancellations
Canceling Pre-Orders: You can cancel your pre-order any time before the estimated ship date.
Appearance: The physical Bible/resource may differ slightly from the digital rendering shown.
Updates and Support
Order Updates: Contact us at any time for updates regarding your pre-order status.
Add-to-Cart Donations: If your order includes an add-to-cart donation, you cannot automatically cancel the order, but you may contact us for cancellation and refund assistance.
Delays and Notifications
Shipping Delays: If items are delayed beyond four weeks, we will notify you.
Pre-Ordering for Others: You can pre-order on behalf of someone else. Ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
Shipping Method: The original shipping method will be used unless there is a severe delay or faulty shipping calculations that result in cost-prohibitive postage.
Address Issues: If an invalid address is provided, your pre-order may be delayed. We will contact you for confirmation or an updated address.
